Although I haven't seen the product I don’t think I’d bother.
I’m sure 3M adhesive backing is a very good product, but the front of a car is a hostile place to be sticking tin foil. With our climate being what it is I don’t think it’d be long before you started noticing bits of it missing. When the cars parked, I’ve heard my grille creaking as it heats up on a hot day. Hot, Cold, Expand & Contract, I just can’t see it being any good. The feedbacks a bit iffy too.
 
didnt check the feed back and didnt think about the engine heat.

Agree with Simon. You generally get what you pay for. The avantgarde grille insert for the W202 is a totally different shape anyway to the standard one, so no way that this kit would work.

It's what BMW use to fix the M3 and M5 boot spoiler on! :)
