Chrome tailpipes for E55

The chrome tailpipes on my E55 are no longer shiney - can replacements be bought or does it involve changing the whole pipe section?

Why aren't they shiny ?

Have you tried Solvol Autosol , mine were covered in concrete when i got my exhaust , they're shiny as you like now ...
