I have a Vito 2018 w447 and the cigarette lighter socket I use to charge my phone has stopped working, I checked the fuse box and I can’t see any fuse that is visibly damaged and I also asked chat gpt and it mentions something about a door control module (I think) I’ve no idea about the module thingy however wondering if there’s anything else I can try as in the van cabin you only get 1 port so hoping I might be able to fix it, I have the MBito OBD scanner and that doesn’t seem to pick up anything related to this fault so does anyone have any ideas what to try instead please?
