Well done Chet, i just had to thank this guy for taking the trouble to sort out a problem with a purchase.
The story (abridged version).
Last august i purchased some arrow style wing mirrors and gave the year of registration instead of the model year, subsequently i received the wrong part.
I didn't actually find this out till going to have them fitted yesterday (almost 6 months after purchasing), after speaking to Chet and him taking the time to check things out on the EPC he rang me back and happily agreed to exchange the parts for the correct ones even though it was my error and many months had elapsed.
Well done guys, excellent customer service and a big thank you to Chet, i will have no qualms about buying parts from these guys in future.
