Cks performance

Good replies....

Just surprised how many EC dealers there are now. Given the relatively low current demand (mainly Mercedes), then I would have thought a better strategy would be to have dealers placed by location in small numbers, grow the product and increase credibility.....then introduce new products / Marques etc....

I would use EC again for an AMG, but for an Audi I would use MRC, for a BMW I would use Evolve etc.

I think you are probably correct Jules, and in the UK they have been pushing the Merc brand, but in the USA and others, Jerry has been tuning BMWs, Audis, for many years, even running his own M5, Eurocharged BMW E60 M5 at the Texas Mile- In car view - YouTube

I have ran and tested the EC RS4 and M5 E60, and once Acids dyno is up and running, we can then hopefully do some back to back testing VS other tuners, and as you and Simon know on the 335d Sport I ran an alternative map that I tried 3 different UK tuners for comparison, in the end was a real flying machine, and this was not EC as at the time Diesels where not really mentioned, but again on these Jerry has a map now.

So I am Keen to offer others car drivers a chance to run a EC map on cars other than Mercedes, but you are correct with tried and tested and loyal customers, its not going to be easy to win over, but like they did with Mercedes I am sure its possible with marketing and offers.

That's exactly my point.

I've done exactly the same on some of my previous cars B5 S4, 335d (4 different tuners maps lol), RS4, Fiat Coupe 20VT, TVR Cerbera etc and all of the best results were from reputable tuners with proven maps on the Marque, for none generic maps this is more important.

I know EC are strong on other Marques in the US, their reviews are great. The manner of testing you talk about with Acid and the MSL dyno is the right route and will add credibility to other Marques than Mercedes, reputation helps sell

There are only 4 Eurocharged dealers in the UK and yes the mainstay of business has been with Mercedes that's without question.
The Eurocharged brand globally however has been growing and expanding into other European marques for a number of years, if you follow any of the social media sites of the Eurocharged locations you will see a wide mix of vehicles particularly BMW, Ferrari, Lamborghini & Jaguar with VW & Audi also becoming more prominent.

The 4 UK Eurocharged dealers (in no particular order)
MSL Performance, Midlands
CKS Performance, Hertfordshire
Rebellion Automotive, Hampshire
Custom Remaps, Kent

Finally Eurocharged Performance Ltd, our purpose is simply in the short term to support the existing dealer network and Eurocharged customers in the UK. We will be following the example of the other Eurocharged locations by increasing our brand awareness in other marques but not at the detriment of the established base in Mercedes.

Eurocharged along with each of the UK dealer are making significant investment this year to help achieve this some examples are Mobile service, Workshop facilities, Online presence and new premises. While you won't see it on this forum many have already started the task of gaining market share on other European marques.

If any of you have issues either with a Eurocharged product or the service you receive your first point of contact should be the supplying dealer if you are still not satisfied then please feel free to contact us at info@eurocharged.uk.com or 0203 2907049.
