Cl203 cdi strange vibration when cold

My 2005 cl203 manual cdi has developed a strange vibration/sound when the revs begin to die out. This only happens when the car is cold. It happens when in neutral and when the clutch is down during gear change for the first several minutes of driving. Here is a short video i took earlier. The sound im on about can be heard at between 12 and 13 seconds on this clip

Just want to add that the sound I mean lasts just under a second

Need some sound under the bonnet....I know its cold out there but it might help

Edit: sounds like a loose plastic fitting perhaps .... but sound is a bit poor.

Here is a video i got of under the bonnet. In my opinion the sound is slightly more audible from the inside of the cabin.

I also noticed tonight that the rev tachometer (sorry if wrong terminology!) moves very slightly when idling. You have to look really carefully but it can be seen in this video

Very difficult to pinpoint from this distance.

Could be anything from the DMF to a bit of loose exhaust or a simple bit of plastic trim panelling thats loose, really needs to go in for inspection.
