I would think to find a OEM Piano Blck wood interior would be nearly impossible.
I have only ever come across one car with a Black interior and that was on a CL65,
which was a Designo interior.
The only way you could achieve this would be to dismantle your wood interior and colour it yourself or get a professional French Polisher.
