Hi guys.

I'm after your opinion on my dilemma. I want my 500 to sound a bit more "ballsy" as I think it's a bit too refined in its exhaust sound, but I don't want to go over the top.

Would CL65 back boxes or a cross over pipe make it sound better?

I love a V8 burble ang growl.

Secondary cat & resonator delete with a cross over pipe will do the trick!

As above, secondary cat with res box removal easy mod....then you could either go for X-pipe which gives more of a 'fluted' type sound OR have a 'H' balancing section with str8 pipes which gives bit more deeper growl when you floor the gas pedal, i went for the latter on my E55K...note both set ups will not affect normal around town driving noise, only when you floor it, both will also give you no 'drone' issues....i went for new aftermarket rear quad boxes on my old W215 CL500, ended up with drone issues and never really liked, live and learn....

If you go ahead with the above, you will definitely have added 'balls':D i would also choose a recommended established exhaust house, you'll be looking at half day work:thumb:
