CL500 top row switches not working!!!

Hi There to one and all, i am new to the site, but i could do with a little help if possible. My 2002 CL500 has developed a fault. none of the top row of switches on the centre console are working, including the hazard warning switch, But the indicators work, just wondered if anyone can shed a bit of light on this.

Sounds like a control unit fault

Pretty sure the Upper Control Panel (which is what this is) has it's own fuse - so could be a fuse blown, or a knackered UCP
