Ok, I eventually got around to replacing the standard twin single exit back boxes as shown here:

What I did first was to have the standard back boxes removed and some small straight through ones with twin exits at each side made up at my local POWERFLOW exhaust dealer. This cost was £352.00 fitted, see here:

The problem I had at this point was the fact the car now sounded like an American muscle car, extremely loud!! So to rectify this I had two further straight through silencers / resinators fitted a little furter up the pipeline, which you can see here: Cost of £120 fitted for the pair.

Now the car sound awesome, almost as quiet as original but with a hint of the V8 rumble when you want it Needless to say it also looks much better in my opinion, or it will when my bodyshop guy perfects the bumper cutouts.
So a total cost of £472.00 plus £50 at bodyshop.
Now the car looks and sounds like it should have in my opinion.
