Cl500 W215 2001 help please couple issues

Guys any advice on these?

Air con . Always red hot on passenger side, driver side works perfect . No error codes on ac , any ideas? Is their a control unit in car or just dash unit?

Rear window, neither worked so replaced control box, one now works the other totally dead, not even dropping when doors opened. Motor maybe?

regarding the rear windows check for broken wires in the door hinges very common on these I had the same issue.

Fault codes are only half the info.
