CL500 w215 accessory 12 volt?

I would like to run 12 volts switched from the ignition to the centre console, I can use the cigar lighter but ideally want to hide any wires.
Any simple not ripping out parts ideas appreciated !
I have a 2005 which has the Bluetooth module in the centre console so assume there is power somewhere
