    Hi everyone,

First of all I’d just like to say hi as it’s my 1st post.

I just bought a 2002 CL55 which has a problem with the passenger side mirror. When the mirrors unfold when you unlock the car the passenger mirror doesn’t go out all the way every time & when it does it’s a bit loose & folds back when driving.
Is this an easy fix & will I have to get it reprogrammed to the car afterwards ?

    Cheers for any help

    Baz

Sounds like it has become detached after receiving a knock.
With the mirror switch in the unfold position, try pushing the mirror housing forward i.e toward the front of the car, until you hear a click.
When this happened to my S203 the service technician did it for me. It required quite a sharp knock to lock it in place. I wasn't brave enough....
    No coding required.
