Hi Digritz, I believe you can.
There are a number of 'plug 'n play' type devices for sale on ebay/amazon (12v DAB TV receivers) all seem to be £45 - £60.
I know of at least one other forum member who has had this done & I have my car booked into the same audio specialist next week for exactly the same thing, so I'll let you know how I get on

Hi Peter, hope you are well.
I purchased a Xtrons DAB TV tuner from ebay some time ago had the boys at Command fit it - but we couldn't ascertain how to make it work properly so having had a conversation with forum member 'JamesRan' decided to take it where he had his fitted, Dynamic Sound in Wandsworth, which just so happens to be around the corner from my work place.
I'll let you know how I get on/what happens later in the week.
