CLA 2017 200d - Phone call audio problem (Engineering menu)

Hello guys,

I have a CLA 200d 2017 year model.I accidently entered the shipment mode. A lot of settings got messed up and I managed to find the settings one by one in engineering mode, but I can't find this one - when somebody calls me, the conversation is not going through the car. The music is working perfectly, but calls are not. Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

I researched a lot and some people are saying that updating the firmware might help, but I dont know how this can happen? Can I download it and install the update manually?

Welcome.

I don't know the answer to your question I'm afraid, but just to say that firmware updates to your infotainment system can only be done via MB STAR diagnostic computer, which means that this is a job for an MB dealer or independent specialist.

Independent specialists will be cheaper, but seeing that you are in Bulgaria, unfortunately I can't make any recommendations.
