Can this be done?

My 92 has the orange indicators and I would like to put the clear ones in.

Does anyone know what is involved and how much?

Thx

Not sure if they are the same shape exactly, as the headlights are different, V12 would be your best to ask on that one.

Err...yes is the quick answer.

Its a two minute job and you can either get aftermarket ones from ECP for about £12 the pair or buy genuine MB ones...well considerably more.

or if you want you can have a set for nothing! Assuming the w124 uses the same lenses as the pre-facelift w202, I have a set of facelift ones going spare that Koolvin wants, he can give his to you and I can give mine to him. Sounds complicated but the net result is your car looks a tiny bit newer, Koolvin's car looks a tiny bit newer and I get rid of some car parts that are just hanging around my bedroom :)

They are completely different shape...

202 and 124 that is

But the facelift 124 has the same indicators as earlier ones.

You also need the clear repeater lamp for your wing ;)
