Changed the engine oil 2 weeks ago and since then seems to be a nasty clicking/ tapping sound when revving the engine ??? Can’t make my mind up wether it’s tappets or/ and injectors ???? Car drives fine (bar worn TC causing occasional revving up/down) just makes horrendous noise now ??? I put recommended oil in but now wonder if should have gone with thicker oil with 140k on clock ??? If it’s inj S then there’s cleaners out there..... anyone else had this issue ?? Thanks
