clips part number or supplier

Hi Guys,

I have a mercedes C Class W203 Estate, I am searching for the plastic clips that retain the trim on the inside of the tailgate. I see there are many after market clips available but many give the original part number as reference.

Where to get the part number?

Any suggestions where to buy these clips? and what is the size?

Is there any adjustment on the tailgate catch? I have a slight rattle that seems to be coming from some play in the tailgate when closed.

And once you have the pat number (having bought a few from your main dealer) you can buy a bucketful if they're cheaper online. You may not need many though, so try the dealer first.

Just bought four simple clips from MB at £10 so not that cheap for 10p worth of plastic. As suggested buy one and get the part number then look for aftermarket.

Or post a picture , as i have lots of mb clips i purchased from ebay in a job lot..
