I couldn't find anything on this problem on here so I fixed it and thought I'd post what I did.
Drivers electric seat would only go forward, backward, and down. I know this because I bought a new seat assuming it was a motor problem, the new seat was fully up when tested and went down and foward and back but still no up!
Took off doorcard:
Three screws on crome trim next to door catch.
One torx screw on plastic trim next to door catch.
Remove SRS badge and 1 torx screw behind.
Carefully pull cover off doorhandle and 1 torx screw behind.
Pop door card off carefully from bottom up to sides.
Pop off tweeter.
Disconnect wiring to components on door card. Re-fitting is reverse of removal.
Took apart electric seat switch from door card and the solder joints for the switches had come free, re-soldered and re-fitted and works fine.
Hope this helps.
