CLK 209 (2003) roof packed up - any ideas?

Hi,

I am looking for a front bumper centre mesh grille (AMG) for my CLK200.

I drove into a steep driveway which bent the bumper from underneath and cracked the grill.

Also - will I need to buy clips for it separately?

Page 355 of the manual gives instruction on operation in an emergency, but I dont think there is a way to operate it manually on a day to day basis.

The same section in the manual tells you how to open the storage compartment.

Unfortunately Mercedes haven't told me which Rams need replacing they just seem to have quoted for all 4

After going through the manual procedure which wasn't a raging success I operated the switch whilst the other half yanked on the straps around the roof cover hinges - that freed it up and the roof started to move as normal - have lubricated everything and run it through the process about 6 times and it's going up and down without issue - fingers crossed !!!!
