Just to warn you all with 209 cab's.
I have seen a spate of leaking roof struts and pipes. The problem can go un-noticed easily until one day the roof won't go back up as the hydralic fluid has leaked out. It is not somthing unusual or unheard of but i just seem to be seeing a few.
The struts are replaced fairly easily but the pipes are an ar$e to do.
To detect a leak just press the roof button to lower it back and stop when the "deck" raises up. the struts are located under here on both sides.
(I looked at one for a forum member recently and erge him to get in contact with me soon and get the struts looked at again)
