Clk rag top what to erxpect

Having given up 2 wheels I fancy a rag top for a second car. A good bike would cost me £8000.00 or so so for that money what should I expect. Petrol Auto a must as the E 270 CDi is the daily driver.

You could probably just stretch to a W209 320 or even a high miler 500 V8

Doubt you would get a soft top w209 for £8k but def a coupe even a 500 v8 as bald guy says(fancy one myself)w208 cabs go for around £8k for a 2001/2 average mileage car in good nick & a full history,good luck & enjoy

230K I4 Quick if not coarse.
320 V6 Nippy and silky smooth
If as you say it won't be the daily drive why not go for the 430 V8 probably not a great deal different economy wise than the V6.
Or the daddy of them all the CLK 55 AMG V8. Quite rare though.

Did they make a CLK55amg carbio in the 208's. £8k will get you a sorted CLK55 208 hard top.

I'd wager, but dont know for sure, that a CLK430 drop top should be had for £8000 but I could be wrong.

They did make a w208 clk55 cab but they are as rare as rocking horse sh*t,clk430 cab for £8k could be possible though

Yes definitely different. Personally I think that colour looks better with the red roof as well. My fave would be the green one which also has the benefit of having command.
