CLK Seat Belt presenter

Can anyone help! My driver side seat belt presenter is erratic in its operation. It generally only part emerges when the ignition is switched on but occsionally does come out all the way! Depends on how the mood takes it. Other times it does not fully retract.... passenger side is fine. Any suggestions??

Its a late 2004 model.

Still under warranty then. Get it to the dealer asap.
