CLK Service indicator after flat battery

Hi, I have a problem with the service indicator on my W209 CLK500. The car had a dealer "A" service 600 miles ago but last week the battery went flat after leaving the lights on.........

It started again no problem after charging the battery but the service indicator now says the B service is due.

Does the computer just need to be reset or could it indicate another problem?

Any help or advice, or pointers to a thread that could help, gratefully received.

I changed the battery on my W209 a few months ago. the time clock set it's self, not sure about service indicator.
