CLK W208 Convertible Roof Fault

Hello all, my CLK W208 convertible roof is misbehaving, please advise! Working perfectly prior to parking up for several weeks & battery isolated. The roof goes back partly (and will also close electrically) but the tonneau cover will not lift. Hydraulic fluid level is fine. Luggage roller switch also is in right position. Thank you for your help.

Have you tried resetting the windows and roll bar/ rear headrests. Could be any number of micro switches stuck or failed.
Is the battery fully charged.
Hopefully it will just spring back to life.

Reset the headrests but the red light is on & flashing for a few seconds upon starting the car, then goes off
