Clk w209 fibre optics

Hey everyone ... I'm new to this so be gentle please...

I've got a clk 320 w209 and want to change the stereo to a pioneer double din...I've done a bit of reading into this and have heard that the speakers are run on fibre optic cables... Can anyone confirm this please... And what would I have to do to get round this...

Pretty sure it only has fibre if it has the Bose system.
Do you have a sub between the two rear seats woth a Bose logo?

No mate but it has a big old sub on the rear shelf I think

No bose = happy days.

Have a read, that 10" sub is a load of paper rubbish.
