CLK55 AMG Versions

Hello.

I was wondering if you guys could help me out here. I have been looking at some 00/01 AMG CLK55s and there are a few differences that I have seen that i'm just not sure about.

The wheels. Ones that I have seen have alloys that have larger spokes, and others with smaller spokes:

Were these just options when the car was new, or is it something else?

Would be great to have an 01' brochure for the car so you could see.

Hi traser and welcome to the forum,
The 1st picture is showing the AMG styling II rims whilst the other has the styling III rims.
I might be wrong here but would that have been an option when the cars were bought new perhaps?
Anyone else know?
BTW you didn't sneak a picture of mine did you?

the top one looks like replica wheels of styling IIs, can't see the AMG logo on them although that could just be due to the size of the pic.

Hi Taser,
had a look on e-bay and found the car you are looking at.
I don't know what the reserve is set to but expect to pay around £16K.
It seems to be specced out pretty well parking sensors, Comand and BOSE system.

Not rare, as such, just that it seems to have most of them.
Parking sensors are a real bonus because you can't see your rear end when parking.
If you can find the TV and intergrated phone options then even better.
