On way into work this morning, nearly had front end of my SL reconfigured when a dumbass in a peugeot 106 pulled out of the nearside line from behind a stationary bus, when the traffic in the lane i was in was moving at 40mph . Only lucky that i had guessed the idiot would do it and had backed off. Shame my car has such a girly horn, otherwise would have kept beeping him for the next few miles!! Cant believe the contempt other road users treat us merc drivers with, only had car 6 weeks and now treated like a white van man!!

...substitute bus for line of parked cars and this is also what happened to me this morning except that the bloke in the crap car simply veered across toward my car and forced me out of my line. Luckily there was a bit of space on the other side. Courtesy on the road is a strange thing, these days.

It must be catching.

On the M5 on Sunday, catching up a slow heap passing a lorry, he passes it and "indicates" and pulls back to centre lane. I go to overtake and he cancels the indicator and just tries to veer back to the outside lane again. I was alongside him by then and moving as far over as I could I floored the accelerator and pulled away from the pr*t. He didnt know what day it was let alone what lane he was in.

Blind spot - Yes initially, but not when I was alongside him, thats blindness.

sometimes i wish my merc had the bonnet star as i could use it to line up the twats who cut me up as they get out of their cars.....
