I'd have said that's a pretty attractive price, but it's not sold yet. Maybe it's the mileage that's putting people of?

It’s the mileage, IMHO. I would pay £8k more for one with 100k less miles:

what I would say is, I can 100% vouch for the car in that it’s lovely condition, and mechanically strong

I've been to look at a car (W211 E63) with AKC before I purchased my W219 CLS63. That was a nicely specced car with the rare P30 pack but ultimately not what I wanted.
He seemed to have quite a nice bit of stock at the time - mostly prestige and 4x4 - so I don't know whether he doesn't have them all listed or if he doesn't have much stock around at the moment.
Very easy to drive straight past, there's electronic wooden gates to the place, just don't try to drive up the lane next to it, it is incredibly potholed!
