So I have 7 years bad luck coming!

Has anyone successfully tracked down replacement mirrors ever. Dealer will only sell me complete visor for £90 odd quid plus vat and they're almost as expensive online and I don't need a full visor just the mirror.

Has anyone tried cutting a replacement from door mirror glass? Any other ideas or suggestions?

Loads of complete visors on eBay for around £30.

I bought a £2 ebay one and cut it to fit, or you could go to a local glass shop and get them to supply and cut. Easy to fit once you have the mirror holder out.

I did exactly the same - bought a pocket mirror on eBay and had it cut to size. Easy to fit back in and much easier/cheaper than replacing visor.
