CLS option prices

Garage door opener, Keyless go, Rear side airbags, Linguatronic. and a few designo paint and trim options of which piano black is one.
Mine has most things except Garage door opener, linguatronic and TV and no special trim or paint options and of course I rarely use any of them apart from Command,CD changer and Keyless go!

Don't know if anyone is interested but I have 2 CLS price lists , one from Jan 2005 and one from Oct 2005 (2006 model year)
It gives the standard equipment for the CLS 55 and all the options available and their prices.
Happy to provide info if anyone is unsure what is standard or is just trying to price up their car when new.
With options mine went from £70595 list to £82645!

Can you send me the 2006 version please?

Anyone any idea what the IWC cost new? I know it came with the watch which might skew it a bit!

One thing that always confuddled me slightly .. what do you have if you don't have COMAND!?

Alan,...Standard is APS audio 20 radio single cd with 10 speakers. First option is to add the cd changer, second option is APS Audio 50 which has a single cd and cd rom navigation...identified I think by a smaller sized screen. but you cant play cds and use nav as they use the same drive (unless you have a cd changer..) Next option is full command which I guess most are, and finally you can upgrade the sound with a Harmon Kardon logic 7 system.
There are quite a lot of pages for the 2006 price list. There are usually some full brochures and price lists on ebay for about £8 a time (for specific months/model years.) No idea about the price of the IWC but I would expect a bit of a premium when new unless it was a runout special which I dont think it was.

Of the 55 IWCs made, only a handful were right hand drive, so God knows what they got away with selling them for over here!

Hi,
Another option I forgot about is Cooled seats, or are they an integral part of another one of the seat options?
Probably standard but I also have lights in the bottom of the door mirrors, puddle lights in the bottom of all four doors, and the red rear facing lights in the doors as well, and lights in all the footwells.

Ventilated seats are optional, the lights standard.

I never really got the point of the IWC. Just a high spec cls55 with IMHO dodgy paint colours and not a very tasteful interior. Still there always seem to be one or two on eBay at a few grand above the norm..asking price at least. Perhaps its the free watch!

Ventilated seats ( not cooled and rather disappointing in my view) are an option at £550

Plus, as there were only 55 IWC versions built worldwide, there does seem to be a fair few for sale at any one time? Obviously not that sort after. As you say nothing special apart from the, erm, sh!te brown leather?

erm, sh!te brown leather?

A bit harsh mate!

Having seen it in the flesh, it's certainly my favourite above the grey (so plain), beige (maybe it looked ok in 2005?) and black (reliable, but a bit boring now). To be honest, they're all a country mile behind stitched interiors in other luxury cars (including many MB!). That two tone beige/black rare interior is better (a beige steering wheel is rarely a good idea ..).

I'm still getting a CLS55 and coming from a C55, so obviously living the same seat dream! I'm just not gonna pretend they're a style leader ... :ban:

Do you know what the old style iPhone connector in the glove box was as an option? Are they "properly" wired or easily changed for a different interface (eg. USB C)?
