CLS V6 diesel (2011 - 2016) what to look out for?

Looking at getting a CLS, specifically the v6 diesel, although not ruling out a 250

Pricewise would be looking at model year 2011 - 2016

Only specifics are really low mileage and FSH

Is there anything i need to be wary of and specific faults to look for, especially engine wise, i know about subframe issues, even though not sure its an issue on the CLS?

Im not going to be touching any Bluetec's

The om642 common issues are , bad cold starts , either via dud glow plugs, broken relay, fuel leaking back to tank overnight.

Oil cooler seals failure - oil cooler sits in the v . Old orange seals were replaced with newer purple seals.

Turbo oil seal can leak onto the swirl flaps motor , again in the v .

Pcv pipes can become sodden with oil mist and begin to break down.

Exhaust back pressure sensor can fail , causing kangarooing and limp mode.

Other issues can be knocking suspension parts, broken springs .

Front tyres scrubbing at the edges , alignment issues.
