I need to set my Halogen (Non-Xenon) dipped beam to symmetric for a foray into Europe.
The W219 handbook explains the need to set them to symmetrical but no instructions as to how to, anywhere in the handbook. Have looked into the back of the lights with dust cover off, but nothing obvious.
Have stuck some black tape on dipped light glass, no idea if it would help but its looks as if I've done something. Anything to avoid the French rossers needing to stop me. (Also have breathalyzers for the new French law).

Does anyone know how its done - thank in advance for your assistance if you do.

Thanks SJX
As I had assumed.
Think the black tape will look the part though, and no intention to drive after dark any way.

Perfect !
