Just noticed my engine management light is on,the car is running perfect not a sign of trouble,would it be wise to go to my mb centre and have a diagnostic on it,thanks in advance

That light is there for a reason, however I'd wait till tomorrow and see if it resets, if its still there you should have it checked

I had the light on my CLS55, turned out to be one of the O2 sensors. Engine ran fine but I was advised not to push it hard until replaced.
Second time the light came on it was for the secondary air pump, again ran fine. Turned out to be a loose plug in the electrical connector, front left on the engine.
