CLS55 IWC for sale…

The last one of these I saw had 113k on the clock and was up for £13k I believe, and while this one does only have a whisker over 40k showing, it's also up for £30,000… No pics or anything yet - will be interesting to see if it sells and for what sort of price:

Never really understood all the fuss with this spcial edition other than so called and self defining (through numbers built) rarity. Just a high spec cls 55 with a horrible interior. But hey if somebody is willing to pay for it.....

You could nearly buy my W218 '63 and a leggy standard W219 '55 for that.

I bet they have min £10k margin in that car at that price!

You can buy a nice non-IWC for half that. The IWC for me is not special enough or enough of a difference to a standard CLS55 to warrant anything like that premium.

I still like the IWC CLS55k, but not at £30k, £13k maybe......
