After only having my CLS55 for a couple of months, and as much as I love it, I am hankering after an ML63 - I have found one that I like the look of, but how do they handle/ride for a big SUV, anyone on here have one?

AlanD is looking for a CLs55 on here if you do decide to part

Your one would be a great example with all the niggles resolved

I have a face lift one and its epic, powerful and handles well with Airmatic and active dampers.

Boo .. someone called my name. Twice more and I'll appear in your living room ;o)

Thanks for the name drop Lenny! Definitely still on the hunt - everyone seems to have gone on holiday all of a sudden and bugger all left on the market!! :(

If I was thinking of selling a CLS55 for a ML id give up on cars and buy a pink soft top micra.

There is one in Hagley specialist cars that looks good

Have to say I've always liked these

That one does look good Rich , but only you can tell if it'll be a step up or down from the CLS

Now you've got that beast sorted ...Id be for keeping it as any "new" used car to you will need more tweaking / repairs to get it back to the standard you want it to be

Just my two cents

I would look for late 2008 on face lift cars.
A nice extra is the cooled front seats, look for it under the heated seats, its a blue symbol.
Late cars have the NTG2.5 comand fitted and proper flappy paddles, 21" alloys etc.

The ML63 is a great car if you want a fast 'point & squirt' car, and need it's load lugging abilities. It handles fine for an SUV but it will never handle as well as a sports car.

I think I've come to my senses.... Gonna save my pennies for a Bi-turbo... Of some sort
