I also test drove a cls55kAMG & a CLS63AMG before deciding on my cls500 Barry,when i factored in the additional costs of either of the AMG'S against the performance difference i was sold on my 500(but the amg's are special).

The car I drove was a black one, a friend of a friend's car. Stock in every way. Lovely car, just awesome!

Despite all, I do love the CLS and even after some very nice cars I've looked at and tried, something about the CLS draws me back!

I have mixed feelings about the new shape now. Some angles I like it, some I don't, but it certainly has street presence and I have to admit, I do prefer the interior...
