Clunking

Hi Guys
My Mate has just had his Rear Brake Pads renewed and says now when he puts the car in Reverse and applies the Brakes, he gets a Clunking Noise from rear of car anyone got any idea what this might be.

Forgot to mention that my mates car is a C180K Sports Edition Auto 07 Reg

Sounds like pad movement

Check the caliper bolts

Incorrect pads fitted or pads fitted without the spring loaded clip.
