icarsoft MB2 seems to be the preferred item. I have one and find it easy to use and invaluable for keeping me away from MB diagnostic charges.

i know they give codes, but does it tell you the fault, all mine does it says P0 175 RICH ON BANK ONE, is this any different. thanks
Generic code readers have less info than dedicated ones.
Also the iCarsoft can read more modules and you get free updates for life.
