Codes C1012, C1140 and C1529

The car was in storage for a long time after it started acting up so I don't remember all of the symptoms that my wife reported but I remember random crank but failure to start and limp home mode at least once. Well I'm finally able to address the vehicle again and have the following codes stored:

C1012: Terminal 87 overvoltage

C1140: Steering angle sensor N49

C1529: ESP, SPS and BAS ECU N47 - 5 precharging not available

Any ideas on where to start with this collection of fault codes?
