Collant temp switch location

Can aanyone tell me where the collant temp switch is on a 96 w210 e classs 200 thanks

If you look at the Thermostat body, the 2 pin switch you want is located in the top there, just to the offside of the thermostat itself.

thanks I have not got a two pin but a four pin will that be it

yes - about 20 quid from merc..

some systems have 1 pin, others two, and 4... all depends on things like air con etc etc..
