Colour match

HI,
I just noticed a nice deep scratch on the Bonnet of my car, where can I buy touch up paint to match the colour and where do I find the actual colour code of my car? 2009, B180 - W245. The Log book list it as Gray.

1. On my car the plate showing the VIN and colour code is on the door sill, though on some cars it is in the engine compartment.

2. The colour code should also be listed in the service book - usually on the last page where you have the computer printout attached showing all the option codes.

3. I got my matched touch-up kit from Halfords, they have own brand and a big selection, or can make-up on the spot any colour not in stock as long you as you have the code with you.

4. With other (Toyota, Vauxhall) cars I bought the touch up paint kit form the manufacturer, so I am sure that your MB dealer will have some as well if you don't have a Halfords branch near you.
