Only that I was looking for detail on how it might integrate with the 2.5, but there weren't many people on - least of all the Comandonline guys.

John...is Comand 2.5 standard on 2007 E class? If so I have comand with the rear digital TV I think it has an extra connection at the rear for the TV.

I am not 100% sure but the comand unit from the factory, when ordered with the TV option I believe had an extra connector.
No doubt there is an aftermarket way of making a TV work from it though.

If you have NTG2.5 COMAND (i.e hard disk based, from Model Year 2009 onward), then it has the video-in connector.

You will need TV tuner, bracket, fibre, wiring, and antenna amplifiers to connect to the antenna in the car - need to make sure the antenna are actually there of course.

The pre MY2009 E class had NTG1 (with the navigation drive in the boot), and yes, the COMAND unit didn't necesarilly come with the TV connector, and the TV tuner is much more expensive than the newer tuner used in NTG2.5
