COMAND and no SERV/MAP

All, my COMAND NTG1 has a problem. When I press the SERV button and MAP button, nothing happens (yet all other buttons work as expected).

Is there a disc in circulation that will allow me to effectively re-program the unit? I'm hoping there is a software issue rather than electrical/mechanical. Disc currently being used is 5.0.

Remove the fuse, leave a while and then re-insert.

Thanks Alfie, is it fuse 48 for the radio?
