anyone know what video button is for on comand aps unit please ?

Plays DVD, videos..

All COMAND units have the button, relatively few have the capabilities to actually do so.

If your CLK is like mine, it only does something if someone ticked the box for "TV receiver". - I'm pretty sure the DVD is only for navigation, and even if you plug a video source in it won't do anything without reprogramming COMAND to tell it to look for it.
