I normally leave my nav DVD in my COMAND APS on my facelift 04 W209/CLK but on pressing the eject button, it made the usual whirring noises, but failed to spit the DVD out. I believe there's a small rubber roller that requires de-greasing once in a while that causes this fault, but not too sure how to get to this part. I know there is a great guide for older comands on Richards site, but can't find any info on the newer APS models. Also does anyone know if its possible to assist the ejection with maybe a credit card just to get the disc out, all I want to do is update the disc.
