Comand Aps DVD

Hello,

I have Comand Aps DVD 2008-09, Just bought new one 2014-15, wondering if it's possible to use 2008-09 again once you use 2014-15. I was reading that once you insert new dvd it updates automaticaly.

I got hold of a second hand (OEM) 2013/14 for my CLK. I put it in and after about 10 minutes loading it worked OK. Not avery good system. too late with instructions.

Thanks, i want it as i bought dodgy copy did not realised put it into dvd, its updated firmware i believe. Have read its not good to use dodgy copies ( heats up, slow reading maps etc) so wondering what would happen if i put old dvd?
