Has anyone here installed a replacement Comand head unit for an Android system in a 2004 S class (with fibre optic amplification system) such as the one below?

If so what are the pitfalls to look for, if any.
For what it's worth I have a similar double DIN unit in my year 2000 Honda Accord (self fitted) and am very happy with it's features and performance but this car has a standard ISO wiring configuration unlike my S Class.
