COMAND NTG4.5/4.7 KM to MPH

Hi All
I have a 2014 W222 with COMAND NTG4.5/4.7 Europe V19 2019/2020 sat nav map, the distance is showing in KM I want to change it to MPH as am in the UK. Can anybody tell me how to change it.

Hi All
Thought I would try again to the car to the steelers and they said all that was needed was a software update, had the car for 3 days in the end. Only to then tell me it may need a new Comand head unit £3k but cannot guarantee that this would fix the problem. The sat Nav works fine just displays in kilometers and not miles, I just can't get my head around it to work out the mileage.

If anyone could help would be most grateful
