Comand ntg4 radio reception problems

Evening all I have command ntg4 and in curtain areas and these are well built areas around Luton on the m1 and Stoke on Trent on the a50

The radio loess all the major stations such as radio 1 and 2 etc and only picks up real local ones.....

It's ever do strange?

Now doing some research apparently the antenna is part of the rear screen??
I have had the rear windows tinted!! And apparently this can effect the reception?

But surly it would be more consistent?

Any ideas please??

I also have ntg 4 and also had the windows tinted .
I sometimes find that dab radio is very poor but am/fm reception is good at all times.
I have 3m film for my tints and I understand that some films can affect reception.

where is the fm antenna on the car? Is it part of the rear window?

I think it's the top two wires in the rear screen
